We have a high success rate for obtaining planning approval for complex planning applications in all areas of the country. The majority of our clients own plots outside of towns and villages, in open countryside. We have many planning successes in Areas Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Conservation Areas, and even Green Belt and National Parks. As we work all over the country, we are used to dealing with many of the 365 local planning authorities.
If you already have a planning consultant involved with your project, we are happy to work collaboratively with them, or we can take care of the entire process.

If you are at the very start of your journey, wondering what you can afford and what you can achieve, we’re happy to provide advice over the phone without charge. One of our project consultants can look at your plot online and give you guidance on how the relevant policies will affect your chances of getting planning permission. If the site has merit, we can undertake a more comprehensive Desktop Study.
If you are wondering what your dream is likely to cost, we’re very happy to provide you with independent guidance based on our experience of negotiating construction contracts all over the country, for one-off bespoke builds. Not just the cost of the build, but the potential cost of the entire project.
Do You Already Have Planning Permission?
If you already have planning permission then contact us straight away, as there is still a lot to do to ensure the success of your project; construction drawings, building regulations submission, satisfying planning conditions, SAP calculations, engineering calculations, cost planning, contract preparation and contract administration to name a few.
With our in-house cost consultants, we are uniquely placed to guide and advise as your project develops, as you make the multitude of decisions needed, to keep your project within your intended budget.
Our turnkey solution significantly reduces the risk of budget overrun, falling fowl of your obligations under CDM (Construction Design Management), and programme slippage.
